  • Mention rate: The portion of AI search results that mention your brand weighted by the popularity of each platform. It’s calculated as:
    (prompts mentioning your brand/total prompts analyzed)x100
  • Share of voice: Percentage of brand mentions your company has across a specific category. For instance if there are 100 brand mentions and your brand is mentioned 20 times; your share of voice is 25%
  • **Sentiment: **The sentiment of brand mentions across AI platforms. The score ranges from 0-100; where a higher score depicts poisitive sentiment.
  • **Citations: **The number of times your site was referenced or linked in AI search platforms
  • Content score: Score based on how likely AI can cite your content. Try to keep your content score 80+
  • **Prompt focus: **A score that depicts how much your content aligns with the prompt requirements. The best practice is to keep the focus above 60%.
  • People also asked: A list of related queries that users search for when typing in a specific prompt. E.g. if a user searches for “straight fit jeans for women” they’d likely search for “jeans for women” or “boot cut jeans”.
